Helping women transform their relationship with food, fitness and themselves — through science, sustainability and self-belief.
Hi, I'm Raquel — a certified nutrition coach on a mission to show you that eating well doesn't have to be restrictive, complicated or miserable.
After years of navigating diet culture and finding what actually works for real women with real lives, I built a coaching approach rooted in science, flexibility and joy.
"Food should nourish your body and light up your life — not fill you with guilt."

Your most personal coaching experience. We work together on both nutrition and fitness — customised meal plans, workout programming, weekly check-ins, macro guidance and ongoing support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
A fully personalised weekly meal plan built around your calorie targets, food preferences and schedule. Perfect for those who want a clear, structured approach to eating well without the guesswork.
The 12-week NutriFit Method — a self-paced digital programme combining evidence-based nutrition education, training guidance and mindset tools to create lasting change.
Everything I teach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition — no fads, no quick fixes. Just what the research actually says, made practical for your daily life.
Knowing what to eat is only half the battle. We work on building the habits, routines and mindset shifts that make healthy choices feel natural and sustainable.
Nutrition and movement are partners. Whether you're lifting weights, doing yoga or just getting started, I'll show you how to fuel every session properly.
The goal isn't a diet — it's a life you love. Every plan I create is designed to fit around real food, social events, travel and everything that makes life worth living.

"Raquel completely changed how I think about food. I've lost 8kg in 12 weeks but more importantly I've finally stopped obsessing over every meal. This is the most sustainable I've ever felt."
"The meal plan she created was so delicious and actually felt like proper food. I couldn't believe I was eating like this and still seeing results. 100% recommend to anyone who's tried every diet and failed."
"I did the 12-week NutriFit programme and it was genuinely life-changing. The mindset modules alone were worth it. Raquel makes everything feel achievable and she actually cares about her clients."

Got Questions?
Most clients notice changes in energy and mood within the first two to three weeks. Meaningful physical changes — fat loss, muscle tone, better sleep — typically become visible between weeks four and eight with consistent effort. Lasting results take three to six months. The intro call is where we set realistic expectations based on your specific starting point.
No. Restriction is not the approach here. Every plan Raquel builds is designed around real food, social events, travel, and the life you actually live — not an idealised version of it. The goal is to build habits that fit around you, not habits that require you to give up everything you enjoy.
Diets fail because they treat food as a rulebook, not a relationship. Coaching works differently — it identifies why your previous attempts stalled (stress eating, all-or-nothing thinking, unrealistic targets) and builds a personalised strategy around your real patterns. You get accountability, weekly check-ins, and adjustments when life gets in the way.
A registered dietitian diagnoses and treats medical conditions through diet — typically in a clinical or hospital setting. A certified nutrition coach works with healthy individuals who want to improve their body composition, energy, and relationship with food. If you have a diagnosed medical condition, your GP should be your first point of contact.
Coaching is fully online, which means you can work with Raquel from anywhere in the UK — not just Cambridge. Sessions happen over video call, with ongoing support via WhatsApp between sessions. You receive personalised meal plans, workout guidance, and weekly check-ins. The free intro call is 45 minutes over video — book it directly from this page.
Apps track what you eat — they do not tell you why your approach is not working or adapt when your life changes. A coach provides the context, accountability, and behavioural support that no algorithm can replicate. Most clients who come to Raquel have already tried the apps. Coaching is the step that actually sticks.
